ORDERS

Country Rose Norfolk accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by late or delayed delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and countryrosenorfolk.co.uk until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You may cancel your order at any time prior to us despatching it. Normally this means that you have a two hour period from placing the order to cancelling it. Anytime after this you need to e-mail us. If your order has not been sent out we will cancel it for you. If the order has already been despatched you will be required to send it back to us (All returns to be paid for by customer) When we receive it back (in a saleable condition and in its original packaging) you will then get a full refund by the same method you paid for it originally.
